Larry Cushing

Larry Cushing has extensive experience in operational management and performance coaching within the home care industry. Since March 2016, Larry has served as a Franchise Owner at Home Instead, where Larry also held various leadership positions, including North American Operations Implementation Director and Business Performance Coach. In addition, Larry worked as a North American Operations Senior Implementation Manager at Home Instead from July 2020 to April 2022. Currently, Larry is a Network Performance Partner at Honor, beginning in January 2023, further contributing to the advancement of operational effectiveness in the sector.
