Todd McClain

Todd McClain has extensive experience in product management and customer experience, currently serving in Salesforce Product Management at Honor since August 2022. Prior to this role, Todd was the General Director of Customer Experience and Product Management at BNSF Railway from January 2002 to August 2021, where responsibilities included leading a 20-person product management organization and overseeing an integrated customer experience initiative. Key accomplishments during this tenure involved automating customer communications, developing an API platform, and enhancing shipment tracking capabilities. Earlier roles included Director of Marketing Systems and Market Development Manager at BNSF Railway, as well as Manager of Revolutionary Operating Environment at Level 3 Communications, where Todd optimized network investments and capital planning globally. Todd holds a Master of Science in Operations Management and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, both from Michigan Technological University.
