Raheel Bashir

Raheel Bashir is a Regional Technical Support & Offline Service Manager with extensive experience in the electronics and mobile engineering sectors. From 2016 to 2024, they served as a Technical Team Lead at Sharaf DG and a Senior Samsung Engineer at Sharaf Electronics LLC, where they focused on KPI monitoring and customer education. Raheel also worked as a Senior Engineer at Samsung Mobile from 2012 to 2016 and held various technical roles in previous positions, including Mobile Engineer at NOKIA CARE GCC PAKISTAN. Currently, they are a Technical Manager at HONOR, delivering training and support to service centers across the MEA region. Raheel earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Maintenance and Repair Technology from Preston University from 2008 to 2011.
