Andrew Stith's work experience begins in 1994 when they joined NovaCare as the Assistant to the Chairman. Andrew then progressed to various roles within the company, including Director of Strategic Development and Vice President of Sales for the Contract Rehabilitation Division. During their time at NovaCare, they achieved a 60% increase in annual contract sales.

In 1997, Stith joined NovaCare Employee Services as the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales. With backing from NovaCare, Inc., they helped the company become the nation's second-largest professional employer organization (PEO) and took it public within 18 months.

In 1999, Stith founded Service Partner, Inc., where they served as Founder and CEO. Although the distribution model of the business was slow to develop, Stith was successful in hitting key milestones and raising $800K in seed equity.

From 2002 to 2012, Stith worked at Leapfrog Services, Inc. as the President and COO. During their tenure, the company experienced a 22% annual revenue growth, with 70% of the growth coming from recurring sources.

In 2014, Stith joined Service Leadership, Inc. as a Client Advisor. During this time, they mentored Managed Service Provider CEOs and served as the interim President of McLane Intelligent Solutions, an MSP in Central Texas.

Most recently, in 2016, Stith became the Chief Executive Officer of HonorBuilt, a technology installation and support partner for Quick Service and Fast Casual Restaurants.

Andrew Stith attended Woodward Academy. After completing high school, they went on to earn a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business in 1989. Later on, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth from 1992 to 1994.
