Michael Ference

Michael Ference, MBA, has extensive experience in accounting and finance across multiple industries. Starting as an Accounting and Audit Intern at UHY LLP, Michael progressed through various roles at P.F. Chang's China Bistro, including Financial Accountant I and II, and Fixed Asset Accountant II, where responsibilities encompassed full-cycle accounting for multiple locations and partner management. As an Accounting Supervisor at HonorHealth, Michael led the Workday Financials implementation project. Michael holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management.
