Senior Software Engineer

Olaf Broms has been working in the software engineering industry since 2015. Olaf began their career in 2000 as a Transportation Management Coordinator for the US Army, where they were responsible for logistics, supply chain, and transportation in combat environments, as well as Hazmat, deployment, and agricultural inspections. In 2004, they moved to DynCorp International, where they served as a Material Coordinator, Transportation/ Logistics Supervisor, Rail Brakeman, and Heavy Equipment operator. In 2017, Olaf joined CastleBranch as a Developer, followed by a Senior Software Developer role at INE in 2018. Olaf is currently a Senior Software Engineer at Honorlock.

Olaf Broms has a diverse educational background, beginning with a Hazardous Materials Shipment Certificate from Defense Packaging of Hazardous Materials in 2005. Olaf then received A+ Certification Training from New Horizons in 2004-2005. In 2004, they also attended Strategic Deployability School. In 2009, they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Computer Science from Austin Peay State University, followed by a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the same institution in 2015. In 2015-2017, they earned a Master of Science in Information Systems with a focus on Application Development from Dakota State University. In 2018-2019, they completed a PMP Certification from Syracuse University.
