For nearly 20 years, I’ve helped bridge the gap between design intent and manufacturing reality in FF&E sourcing and contract furniture supply for hospitality, residential, and commercial projects.

The greatest challenges in custom furniture projects rarely occur at installation—they originate much earlier in specification, engineering, production, finishing, packaging, or logistics. My role is to identify and close those gaps early, ensuring expectations established by designers, developers, and procurement teams are fully understood and executed at the production level.

A significant part of my work is spent directly with production partners and manufacturing teams, overseeing sampling, finishes, and quality control at source. This ensures design intent is accurately translated through fabrication, and that the final result is delivered as intended—maintaining a consistently high standard across production, logistics, and installation.

I also match each project to the right production environment—whether high-detail bespoke manufacturing, cost-controlled production, or high-volume delivery—aligning capability with project priorities while drawing on long-standing production relationships and a vetted supplier network. Experience has taught me what can go wrong. The value I bring is making sure it doesn’t.
