Ben Bierman

Ben Bierman is an experienced consultant specializing in engineering and operations, currently serving as Principal Consultant at Honutech since January 2025. With a robust background in new product development, project management, and business planning, Ben has held pivotal roles in various organizations, including E8 Angels and Integration Advantage, Inc., where key contributions were made in supporting clients across several critical areas. Ben's prior experience includes significant leadership positions at GlassPoint Solar, overseeing engineering programs, operations, and project execution globally, as well as serving in executive roles at Solyndra, Coherent Corp., Lam Research, and Applied Materials. Ben holds an MBA from the University of Washington and a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from San José State University.
