Per-Eric Olsson

Per-Eric Olsson has been working in the IT industry since 1983. Per-Eric started their career at Detron HB, a software consulting company founded by himself and David Axmark, where they developed customized software components for business graphics and presentation. In 1995, they co-founded MySQL, and worked closely with Monty and David in the development of the product. Per-Eric also founded Lentus AB, where they were responsible for business strategies, big customer accounts, and the IT department. Per-Eric then moved to Portugal, where they worked with the development of financial models for money management. In 2011, they started their own company, Lusitana Consulting, where they worked with project management, business strategies and development with Swedish companies in the retail sector. Finally, in 2015, they co-founded HoofStep, where they are the CEO and responsible for company strategy, company and AI development.

Per-Eric Olsson obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Uppsala University between 1985 and 1990.
