Besides well experienced technicians, Hoogendijk Sliedrecht has it's own machine factory. Machinefabriek Hoogendijk B.V. was originally the company that performed the machining of diesel engine repair and overhauls. Over the years, it expanded its activities in the field of machining and products for 'third parties'. In addition, the design of certain products is taken care of, including drawings and calculations.

The activities relate to the operations of parts of diesel engines, manufacturing complete propellor shaft lines, rudders, stirring, shafts, bushings, gears, machining of castings, parts of injection molding machines, etc.
