Mayara Ferre

Mayara Ferre is an experienced HubSpot Specialist and Head of Service at Hook Digital since September 2023, managing a client portfolio with an emphasis on Service Hub while also supporting Sales Hub clients. Prior experience includes serving as a Solutions Engineer at Pipefy from November 2022 to July 2023, where responsibilities involved process modeling and tool integrations for a monthly client base of 15. Previously, Mayara held key roles in Sales Operations Management at Goomer from June 2021 to July 2022, focusing on project management and CRM oversight, and in Sales Operations at PhoneTrack from February 2020 to April 2021, collaborating across various teams. Mayara holds a degree in Environmental Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná and is currently pursuing a Web Full Stack degree at Programador BR. Additional educational experiences include studies at CBS International Business School and the University of Oulu.
