Alex Carey

Alex Carey has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. They started their career as a Barista/Trainer at Starbucks from May 2013 to June 2015. They then worked as a Marketing Intern (Part Time) at the Bay Area Video Coalition from May 2015 to June 2016. After that, they joined Taylor Engineering as a Marketing Intern (Full Time) from June 2016 to October 2016, where they were responsible for writing and editing project descriptions, producing project photo edits, and designing email and case study templates using Photoshop.

In 2016, Alex took on the role of Marketing Coordinator at SmithGroup from November 2016 to June 2018. They then transitioned to being self-employed and worked as a Freelance Motion Designer from June 2019 to March 2020. Finally, Alex joined Hook as a Motion Designer from March 2020 to July 2021 before being promoted to Senior Motion Designer at the same company from July 2021 to the present.
