Sarah Lemon

Sarah LeMon is a seasoned operations professional with experience in revenue operations, business management, and strategic initiatives. Currently serving as Manager of Operations at Hookdeck since August 2023, Sarah specializes in forecasting, burn management, and financial optimization, while also overseeing employee and contractor management and spearheading initiatives for SOC 2 compliance. As a Strategy & Ops Mentee at The Commons, Sarah gains insights from industry leaders at prominent tech firms. Previously, Sarah worked as Business Operations Manager at CCX Technologies, where leadership in Business Operations and People functions was established. Early career roles include Operations Coordinator and Assistant at Satcom Direct and Account Manager at E.R. Horizon Distribution, respectively.
