The idea behind our operation is simple: customers deserve not only top-of-the line products but also top-of-the-line service. Hooked Up Installs was founded seven years ago to provide Chicagoans searching for TV, Audio & Home Theater packages and installation a practical alternative to the larger electronic retailers who do not put a premium on customer satisfaction.

“You tell us what you would like to do, we will recommend what works best, and together we will create a custom designed entertainment system that results in an amazing and lasting experience.”

Too often we witnessed honest consumers entering retail stores, getting tricked into purchasing overpriced merchandise, and the greatest insult, left without the know-how or access to properly install their overstated entertainment systems. Well, we got fed up.

Hooked Up Installs offers full-service solutions to our customers:

➢ We comprehensively explain technologies and options
➢ Obtain the appropriate products for elegant and compatible system design
➢ Provide complete Home Theater, Audio Video, and/or Home Automation Installation services
➢ Our commitment to you, the client, is the foundation of our work

We have excited thousands of clients with our personalized touch, and have created hundreds of unique systems. Our portfolio includes product sales and installation in Country Clubs, Restaurants, Commercial Offices, and residential homes — in both new home construction and existing homes.

At Hooked Up Installs, we take pride knowing that we have equal parts new business and repeated clients. Your satisfaction is the foremost goal for Hooked Up Installs professionals, and it is our mission to build an enduring relationship as your trusted partner of choice. We always stand behind our work.

Take advantage of our intimate approach, access to cutting-edge technologies, and free in-home consultation before purchasing your next TV, Audio & Home Theater system.
