Since 2012, Hoola-Fit has been rooted in joy, play, and powerful movement.

And today, we are building the future of mental wellness through flow state activation.

By advancing research, expanding education, and strengthening our national instructor network, we are committed to uncovering and amplifying the measurable impact that movement-based meditation has on depression, anxiety, and emotional resilience.

Flow is not a trend.
It is a neurological gateway to healing.

And Hoola-Fit is how we help the world access it.

We are not just teaching hula hoop fitness classes.
We are facilitating transformation.

This is movement with meaning and a revolution in the realm of flow arts education for both physical and mental health.
