Nicholas Hool, Ph.D. has extensive experience in the field of neuro-performance and cognitive enhancement. In 2013, they began their career as an Engineering Intern at Vomaris Innovations Inc. Nicholas then moved on to Spine Research at Barrow Neurological Institute. In 2016, they became a Research Engineer at Tyler NeuroPerformance Lab, creating technology for the future of neuro-performance and cognitive enhancement under pioneer in neuromodulation technology development, Dr. William "Jamie" Tyler. In 2014, they took on the role of CEO at NickNetwork. Most recently, in 2018, they became Co-Founder and CEO of Hoolest Performance Technologies, where they develop simple and powerful technologies that stimulate the vagus nerve and other nerves to improve mental preparation, performance, and recovery for high performing people.

Nicholas Hool, Ph.D. attended Draper University in 2014, where they studied Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. Nicholas then attended Arizona State University from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biomedical/Medical Engineering.
