Jon Kramer, Ph.D., currently serves as the Executive Director of Human Resources for New Caney Independent School District, a position held since May 2006. Previously, Jon Kramer held the role of Director of Instruction at New Caney ISD from 2003 to 2006. Jon Kramer earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership and Administration from Texas A&M University and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Tarleton State University. Additionally, Jon Kramer obtained a Bachelor of Science in Education from Baylor University from 1974 to 1979.
