Anisa Berisha

Anisa Berisha has extensive experience in human resources and administration. Anisa most recently worked as the Director, Human Resources Business Partner at HOOPP (Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan) since September 2019. Prior to that, they held roles at TribalScale, where they served as VP, Human Resources from November 2018 to September 2019, and as Director, Human Resources from May 2017 to October 2018. Anisa also worked at WE as the Associate Director, Recruitment, People Operations and Culture from November 2016 to May 2017. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Pivotal Software, Inc. as a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner from October 2013 to November 2016, and at Xtreme Labs Inc. as a Human Resources Sr. Generalist from July 2010 to October 2013. Anisa began their career at City of Toronto as an Office Assistant from October 2008 to June 2010. Anisa brings expertise in various aspects of HR, including recruitment, workforce planning, performance management, and policy development.

Anisa Berisha pursued their education at two different institutions. From 2004 to 2007, they attended Centennial College and obtained a Diploma in Business Administration and Human Resources. Later, from 2013 to 2017, Anisa Berisha studied at Ryerson University, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Commerce (Business Management) with a major in Human Resources Management.
