Annesley Wallace

Annesley Wallace serves as the President and CEO of HOOPP (Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan) since March 2025, while also holding positions as a Director on the Toronto Region Board of Trade and Deep Sky. Previously, Annesley was Executive Vice-President at TC Energy, overseeing corporate strategy and power generation from May 2023 to January 2025, and long-term Director roles at Bruce Power and Infrastructure Ontario. Annesley was the Executive Vice President and Global Head of Infrastructure at OMERS from April 2021 to April 2023, leading a large investment portfolio across multiple regions. Annesley’s extensive experience includes earlier roles at OMERS as Chief Pension Officer and Managing Director of OMERS Infrastructure. Academic credentials include an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, a Chartered Director designation from McMaster University, and engineering degrees from Queen's University.
