Bryan Chen

Bryan Chen is a seasoned professional in digital strategy and project management, currently serving as Senior Director of Digital Strategy & Transformation at HOOPP since February 2025. Previously, Bryan held significant leadership roles at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, including Head of Enterprise Project Delivery and Change Management and Portfolio Director, where responsibilities encompassed managing enterprise-wide business and technology initiatives. Prior experience includes leadership at Bank of Montreal, where Bryan transformed the PMO operating model and managed large technology portfolios, as well as directing a program management office for Cancer Care Ontario's Colon Cancer Check initiative. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Strategic Management & Marketing from Schulich School of Business and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Toronto.
