Melissa Lanari

Melissa Lanari is an accomplished professional in data governance and technology management, currently serving as a Senior Director in Unified Data Governance and Investment Data Solutions at HOOPP since March 2023. Prior to this role, Melissa held key positions at the Ontario Medical Association from August 2017 to March 2023, including Senior Director of the Technology Business Office, where responsibilities encompassed the implementation of strategic digital programs, enterprise data transformation, project management practices, and the rollout of Salesforce CRM platforms. With extensive experience at Vale from 2003 to August 2017, including roles such as Manager Business Services and Program Manager, Melissa excelled in vendor management, project delivery, and global IT process management. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Information Technology with a minor in eBusiness from Ryerson University.
