Michael Tersigni

Michael Tersigni has a strong background in product management, business consulting, and software implementation. Michael started their career as a Software Developer at Darcy Media Corp in 2007, where they designed the company's website and implemented program requirements. Michael then moved on to ION Trading in 2008, where they worked as a Technical Consultant and North American Support Manager, interfacing with Canadian banks to determine business specifications and implementing enhancements to software programs. In 2013, Tersigni joined ION as an FX, Rates & Credit (FRC) Canadian Client Services Manager, leading a team and fostering relationships with Tier 1 Canadian banks. Michael also served as an FRC Team Leader and Software Implementation Manager during their time at ION, working on product development, technical account management, and implementation projects. Most recently, they held roles at HOOPP (Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan) as a Senior Business Analyst, Business Consultant, and Director of Product Management.

Michael Tersigni completed their Bachelor of Mathematics degree with a minor in Computer Science - Pure Math from the University of Waterloo, spanning from 2001 to 2006. In 2017, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Ivey Business School at Western University, completing it in 2018.
