Oriola Dhamo

Oriola Dhamo is a seasoned professional with a strong background in engineering and management. Currently serving as Senior Manager Engineering, Product Owner, and People and Culture Lead at HOOPP since September 2019, Dhamo manages a significant portion of the department's workforce, focusing on performance evaluation, recruitment, and training initiatives while driving corporate People Strategy initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at RBC as a Software Development Manager and Big Data Test Automation Manager, where Dhamo led the delivery of numerous business projects and managed large teams. Dhamo's career began at IBM, encompassing positions such as Performance Engineer, Technical Consultant, and Software Engineer, with a focus on automation and performance testing.
