Rohan Soni

Rohan Soni is currently the Manager of IT Service Management at HOOPP (Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan), a position held since 2025. Previously, Rohan served as a Senior Major Incident & Problem Manager at Equifax Canada and held various managerial roles in incident management at notable organizations, including Scotiabank, Singtel, and BMO Financial Group. Rohan's extensive experience in coordinating incident management and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction highlights their expertise in IT service delivery management. Rohan also began their education at St. Xavier School in Delhi, where they continue to develop their skills and knowledge.
