Roman Gula

Roman Gula, CA, currently serves as a Partner at HOOPP Capital Partners since May 2016, bringing extensive experience in finance and business development. Previously, Roman held the position of Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing at ATS Automation from 2014 to 2016, where responsibilities included fostering relationships with Fortune 500 companies and leading significant merger and acquisition initiatives, notably the ~$362 million acquisition of PA Solutions. Prior experience includes over a decade at TD Securities as Director of Investment Banking, focusing on M&A transactions across various sectors, along with roles as a Research Associate at Newcrest Capital and Chief Financial Officer at Spar Aerospace. Early in the career, Roman worked as a Senior Accountant at Arthur Andersen & Co. Roman Gula holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto.
