Thomas Chong, CFA, currently serves as Director at the Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP), having advanced through various roles including Associate Director and Manager of Business Process Engineering and Securities Operations in Investment Finance since April 2012. Prior to this, Thomas held the position of Senior Investment Services Specialist - Derivatives at the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan from September 2007 to April 2012, and began a career in finance at the Bank of Montreal as a Customer Service Representative from December 2002 to June 2007.
