Val Ellis is currently the Manager of Deferred Member Services at HOOPP, a position held since 2024. Prior to this role, Val served as Team Lead and Advise & Protect Strategist at the Ontario Pension Board from 2012 to 2024. Val began their career as a Pension Analyst for Special Projects at Aon from 2003 to 2008. Val is also pursuing a Bachelor of Arts with honors in Sociology at the University of Guelph.
