Brittany Chaney

Brittany Chaney has a wealth of experience in recruitment and talent management. In 2022, they began working as the Director of Talent for Patriot Family Homes, a veteran-owned hospitality and real estate development firm. Brittany also held the role of Recruiter for Hoops and Vacasa in the same year. In 2021, they worked as a Corporate Recruiter for AAA National Office, a Technical Recruiter for TEKsystems, and a Disaster Operations Associate for Team Rubicon. In 2020, they were a Volunteer Recruitment Specialist for Christian HELP Foundation. In 2015, they were a Veteran Project Coordinator for AmeriCorps and a Volunteer Project Manager for Hands On Orlando. In 2013, they worked as a Local Coordinator for CIEE: Council on International Educational Exchange.

Brittany Chaney obtained a Certificate in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Midlands Technical College in 2008. Brittany then went on to receive their Associate's Degree from Valencia College in 2016. Most recently, they obtained a Social Entrepreneurship degree from Rollins College in 2020. Additionally, they obtained certifications from FEMA in June 2020 for ICS 100, 200, 700, 800, 300, and 400.
