Mike Dixon

Mike Dixon currently serves as President and COO at Hoops, a position held since April 2025, where the focus is on building championship teams for clients. Prior to this role, Mike founded and was Managing Partner at Gunnison Hotchkiss from January 2023 to March 2025, a consulting firm that specializes in scaling talent for private equity. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of HR for Global Learning, Organizational Development, and Employee Relations at Epsilon from March 2019 to March 2025, and Vice President of HR at DentalOne Partners from July 2017 to March 2019. Mike also held the position of Senior Director of HR for Talent and Enterprise Learning at Vizient, Inc. from June 2016 to July 2017. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and an MBA in Accounting and Business Law, and Economics from NYU Stern School of Business.
