Jay Ross

Jay Ross is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and strategic sourcing. Currently serving as Senior Director of Strategic Sourcing at Hooters of America since December 2011, Jay has achieved significant cost savings exceeding $2 million through effective renegotiation of products and services. Previously, Jay held various leadership positions at HoneyBaked Ham Company from 1986 to 2011, culminating in the role of Senior Director of Supply Chain, directing all food service operations and managing numerous teams. Jay also led a team at Simos Insourcing Solutions as Non-Con Supervisor. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Science from Wingate University.
