Lars H. is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in employment law, compliance, and risk management. Currently serving as Senior Director, Legal at Hootsuite since January 2016, Lars leads the Global Employment, Compliance, Risk Management & Insurance operations while providing legal support on commercial agreements, corporate governance, and M&A. Prior to this role, Lars served in various capacities at Best Buy Canada from 2013 to 2016, advising on employment law and corporate reorganizations. Lars began a legal career as an Associate in litigation at McCarthy Tétrault from 2010 to 2012, following a summer position at the same firm in 2009.
