Peter Olasky

Peter Olasky is currently the General Counsel at Hoover CS and Lamons, both First Reserve portfolio companies focused on sustainability and safety solutions. With a diverse background in corporate law, they previously served as Chief Compliance Officer and Assistant General Counsel at ChampionX, and led the legal team for Ecolab’s Energy Services division. Peter's career includes roles at Skadden Arps and experience as an Investment Banking Analyst at Merrill Lynch. They have also contributed as a freelance writer for MTV Networks early in their career. Peter is pursuing education at Columbia Law School and The University of Texas at Austin.
