Benjamin Scott

Benjamin Scott has worked for multiple companies in various roles since 2001. Benjamin began their career as an Infantryman for the Army National Guard in 2001. In 2009, they worked as an Intern for ManTech Cyber Solutions International and as an Undergraduate Teacher's Assistant for Virginia Tech. From 2010 to 2015, they held various roles at IP Fabrics, including Scrum Master, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Engineer. From 2015 to 2023, they worked at Ippon Technologies USA in roles such as Head of Software Engineering, Senior Manager, Technical Manager, and Technical Coach. Currently, they are the Head of Engineering at HopDrive.

Benjamin Scott received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Virginia Tech between 2001 and 2010. Benjamin has also obtained several certifications, including Certified Scrum Developer from the Scrum Alliance in September 2016, AWS Certified Developer – Associate from Amazon Web Services in July 2018, Certified Scrum Professional from the Scrum Alliance in October 2017, Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance, Certified Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance, and ICAgile Certified Professional in Foundations of DevOps (ICP-FDO) from ICAgile.
