Hope was created by Sam Gibson-Massey in 2022 when he suffered from burnout and stress, which intensified when it became increasingly difficult to access therapy easily. 

With experience in an international organisation focusing on technology and recruitment, Sam knew that developing an intelligent platform that utilises AI and humans to match individuals to the mental health support they need, when they need it, would help to make the world a healthier place.
