Ann Freeman

Clinical Director

Ann Freeman is an experienced clinical professional currently serving as the Clinical Director at the HOPE Program since April 2020, focusing on Sexual Abuse Prevention treatment in a Forensic Mental Health setting in San Diego. Prior roles include Clinical Therapist at The Oasis Counseling Center from August 2015 to April 2020, and Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Corizon Health from January 2015 to April 2020. Ann Freeman also held the position of Clinical Supervisor and Nurturing Parenting Program Facilitator at the Family Service Association of Howard County from July 2013 to December 2015, where responsibilities included supervising services for DCS clients and providing therapy and parenting groups. Additionally, Ann Freeman was the Clinical and ROCK Program Supervisor at Family Service Association Howard County from August 2011 to May 2013. Ann Freeman holds a Master of Social Work from Indiana University Indianapolis and a Bachelor of Music Performance from Indiana University Bloomington.
