For over 17 years, I have stood at the crossroads of corporate systems and deep human vulnerability. As an HR Business Partner at organizations like FedEx Logistics and the Human Resources Manager for the Salvation Army , I have guided thousands of employees through workforce crises, organizational restructures, and profound personal losses.

My work has never been about standard corporate optimization. It is about human preservation. I’ve personally seen what toxicity in work places can do to your soul in addition to your mental, physical and emotional well being. I don’t want people to feel alone as they navigate this or any other work place challenge including layoffs. I want individuals to know they have a safe space in which they can download, then move forward with actionable steps and guidance. I want them to know there is hope.
