Tom McGovern

Tom McGovern joined Hope’s board in 2020 and has been at Cushman & Wakefield (formerly CPS) since 2007. He currently serves as Managing Director focusing on Corporate Services and Tenant Representation.

Tom brings more than 29 years of commercial real estate knowledge and experience. Most recently, he served as Principal at Cresa Partners from 1996 to 2007. Prior to that, Tom was a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young.
