The agency is based in Madison, Wisconsin and has satellite offices in Illinois, Minnesota and Michigan; We match intended parents with gestational carriers who are rigorously vetted and reside in midwestern States that have surrogacy-safe and friendly laws to mitigate risks for all of the parties involved including the unborn children. Intended parents live all around the world. Legal parentage is established during the process to protect the child and his/her parent(s). 
The process requires a huge commitment (time, money and emotions) from all of the involved parties .
