We solve problem and bring value to our community and those we serve. Hope Town Ohio is a nonprofit recovery community dedicated to helping individuals rebuild their lives from substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health challenges. Our holistic Recovery Ecosystem integrates recovery housing, peer support, workforce development, transportation, and social enterprises to create sustainable change and long-term stability.

Through Hope on Wheels, we provide Medicaid and non-Medicaid rides, non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT), recovery support transportation, and a community-based auto clinic offering affordable car repair and automotive workforce training.

Hope Town is not a program.
It is a recovery ecosystem.

Founded by Ted St. John, Hope Town exists to replace fragmented services with integrated systems — connecting housing, transportation, workforce development, and technology into a single operational framework.

By treating transportation as access, recovery as infrastructure, and AI as a force multiplier, Hope Town builds models that scale, sustain, and serve long after the spotlight moves on.

This is recovery designed for the real world.
