Taylor Thomas

Taylor Thomas has extensive experience in the field of behavior analysis, currently serving as the Functional Assessment Director at Hopebridge since July 2016. In this role, Taylor focuses on expanding clinician support in assessing and treating challenging behavior, as well as advancing clinical skills across the organization. Previously, Taylor has held positions as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Clinical Director of Functional Assessment, contributing to Grand Rounds team redesign and training initiatives for PFA and SBT implementation. Taylor began the professional journey at Hopebridge as an ABA Therapist and has also served as a Florida Regional BCBA, supporting fellow BCBAs in delivering ABA services to children with autism. Taylor holds a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Indiana Wesleyan University.
