Alan Bozman, Ph.D., serves as the Director of Clinical Services at HopeWay, bringing over 25 years of experience in program development and management within the Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse sectors. They have a proven track record of building cohesive teams focused on patient care, consistently achieving high patient satisfaction scores. Alan has managed and developed multiple programs, including Child and Adolescent Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient programs, while also overseeing inpatient units and substance abuse treatment programs. Their extensive background includes presenting at national conferences and publishing in recognized journals. Alan is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at the University of Houston and holds multiple degrees from the University of Maryland.
