Before that, Ben worked at Wells Fargo from August 2011 to May 2017 in positions such as Call Center Supervisor and Business Analyst. Ben began their career at Barnes & Noble as a Lead Bookseller from December 2006 to January 2012. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration, Management and Operations, and dual bachelor's degrees in Cinematography and Film/Video Production and Psychology, all obtained from Virginia Commonwealth University.
