Susan Ho

Susan Ho is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and operations sectors, currently serving as VP of Hotel Key Accounts & Product Operations at Hopper, where they oversee business development and account management for over 100 key hotel accounts. Previously, Susan held multiple significant roles at Hopper, including Revenue Leader for Homes, Hotel Supply & Partner Support, where they successfully scaled a team from 7 to over 70. With earlier experiences as a Summer Analyst at CICC and a brief intern stint at Jil Sander, Susan's career also includes leadership positions at DigitalOcean and Fab.com. They earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Economics with a focus on Finance and Marketing from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.
