Hops - Hospitality Operations Simplified.

We’re on a mission to simplify the messy, manual backend of running venues — starting with inventory and finance.

Built by former operators, Hops is designed for the people who make hospitality happen. Whether you're running a single site or scaling across multiple venues, our platform brings clarity, confidence and control to the daily grind.

Hops launched in 2025 as the evolution of Opsimize, with a sharper focus and a cleaner, modular experience. Everything we do is built around real-life operational pain points — not generic software features.

Our platform currently includes two powerful modules:

Hops Inventory – Real-time stock management that just works. Designed to reduce waste, improve margins and make ordering easier across teams and suppliers.

Hops Finance – Smarter cash-ups, invoice reconciliation and accounts payable workflows. Automate the painful stuff and stay on top of the numbers without lifting a spreadsheet.

Used by some of the UK’s leading hospitality groups, Hops helps teams save time, reduce errors and get back to what they do best — delivering great guest experiences.

We’re proud to partner with forward-thinking operators and resellers across the UK and beyond. If you're looking for tools that work with your team, not against them, you're in the right place.
