Matthew Cassi is an award-winning theater director, general manager, actor, and barbershop bass. They currently serve as the Operations Manager at Hopscotch in San Antonio, where they lead operations and oversee guest engagement. Matthew has demonstrated a remarkable ability to transform creative visions into captivating performances, managing various productions and events with iconic companies like Morgan's Wonderland and Sea World. In addition to their theater work, they harmonize as a bass in ALL IN, a barbershop quartet that qualified for the 2025 International Quartet contest. Throughout their career, Matthew has received multiple accolades, including the Marcment Barbershopper of the Year in 2019 and five Alamo Theater Area Council Awards.
