David Hulbert

David Hulbert is the Co-Founder and Chairman at Hoptroff. Previously, they were the Non Executive Director at Basildon & Thurrock University Hospital Trust from April 2012 to March 2017, during which BTUH emerged from Special Measures and was rated "Good" by the CQC, including reducing patient mortality by over 20%. Prior to that, they were the CEO at Sparrowhawk Media from May 2005 to November 2007. Before Sparrowhawk Media, Hulbert was President at Walt Disney Television International from February 1995 to February 2005. David also has experience as the Vice President at Seagram from June 1983 to June 1986, and as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company from January 1977 to December 1983.

David Hulbert earned a MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA in Pure Mathematics from the University of Cambridge.
