Bob Withrow

Bob Withrow is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as Vice President of IT Enterprise Back Office at Horace Mann since January 2020. Prior to this, Bob held various positions at AIG from June 2005 to July 2019, including Product Owner in Policy Administration, Business System Development Manager, Digital Delivery Lead for Producer Licensing and Commission, and IT Functional Lead for Producer Licensing and Commissions. Bob's expertise encompasses the management of end-to-end delivery processes, development of key performance indicators, and driving strategic partnerships for digital applications. Bob holds an Associate of Science degree in Information Technology from Lincoln Land Community College and furthered education at Oklahoma City University and The American College of Financial Services.
