Daniel Hetlinger is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment management and trading. Currently serving as the Director of Investments at Horace Mann since May 2022, Daniel manages Fixed Income portfolios, conducts due diligence for potential new investments, and plays an active role in portfolio and risk management. Prior to this role, Daniel worked at CAPTRUST as a Trader and held the position of Portfolio Analyst at Guggenheim Partners. Daniel's experience also includes a role as Private Fund Custody Fund Administrator at Millennium Trust Company and earlier internships in private fund custody and credit analysis. Daniel holds a degree from Elmhurst University, where studies were completed from 2014 to 2018.
