Jay Williams is an experienced professional in the insurance industry with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Director of Worksite Distribution Operations at Horace Mann since May 2022, Jay supports Worksite agents in expanding benefits enrollment opportunities. Previously, Jay held the position of New Business & UW Manager at NTA Life, managing all aspects of new business intake and processing from November 2013 to May 2022.
