Jeff Strickland

Jeff Strickland has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the National Litigation Manager at Horace Mann since November 2003. In this role, Jeff leads the National Litigation team, overseeing litigation claims across all 50 states related to Auto and Homeowners First and Third Party Litigation, as well as Extra Contractual Liability exposures. Jeff's responsibilities include directing defense counsel throughout all litigation phases while ensuring superior customer service and effective expense management. Prior to this, Jeff was a Casualty Claims Manager at Horace Mann, managing Auto claims across 20 jurisdictions. Jeff's career began at Nationwide Insurance, where roles included Claims Manager, Call Center Manager, and Bodily Injury Claims Representative. Jeff's professional foundation is supported by a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
